f you would like to cancel a reservation, please do so via the Relux website, or app. Please make sure to check the cancellation policy from your reservation confirmation page, or confirmation email before canceling.

・If there is no cancellation charge
Please operate the cancellation button by youself, via the Relux website or app.
Steps: My Page > Reservation > Reservation Details > Cancel your booking

・If there is a cancellation charge
Cancellation charge is according to each accommodations' cancel policy. If you are cancelling a reservation due to COVID-19, and would like to ask for a fee exemption, please directly contact the accommodation.

In response to the COVID-19, some accommodations made changes/limitations to some services as preventative measures.
For the most accurate information, please check directly with the accommodations.
If you have an upcoming reservation, please note that details will be provided onsite at the time of check-in. To find out beforehand, please contact the accommodations directly.
